Voldemort Spotted

It has been reported that Voldemort has been spotted. Arthur Weasley was up in Alaska trying to figure out how a muggle device called a sled works. "I heard cries coming from a cave. I went inside and saw Voldemort sitting in an armchair and torturing someone whom i didn't recognize. Then, I turned around and ran for my life," he says. While running away he tripped. Voldemort must have heard, because when experts went back their was no sign of him. Is this a question of danger or insanity? How much danger are we really in? Has Mr. Weasley gone mad?
