Sirius Black

This is a tribute to Sirius Black. For fighting the great fight, even though I don’t think he is dead. Sirius deserves this, as I am most certain his fans think so. It is not too long, but bare with me.

We all know how it goes: “It seemed to take him an age to fall. His body curved in a graceful Arc as he sank backward through the ragged veil hanging from The arch….” (OotP) 806

So that is how it ends, but this is how it begins: Ever since Sirius Black appeared in Prisoner of Azkaban he has been my favorite charter. What do we know about Sirius? Well we know that he ran away when he was sixteen years old. And after he did that, he stayed at the Potters’. Then he got a place of his own when he was seventeen. A few years after that, he was falsely accused of killing 13 people with a single curse. The end. Well not really.

After he reappeared in PoA, he and Harry became very close. Sirius would do any thing for Harry. They had a certain connection, like a father and a son, or like two brothers. Even if they were not related by blood, they loved each outer.

I do not think that Sirius is dead, actually I am quiet irritated that J.K. pronounced him as such. I mean, Harry has lost all forms of parental guidance he has ever known. I believe that Harry is going to need guidance from Sirius. He is a good man.

How can you tell that he is a good man? Well like this: "You should have died! Died rather than betray your friends, as we would have done for you!" -Sirius Black "If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals." -Sirius Black

"What was there to be gained by fighting the most evil wizard who has ever existed? Only innocent lives, Peter." -Sirius Black It’s like Dumbledore says “It’s not your abilities that matter it’s your choices”. Weather Sirius Black is alive, dead, or any thing else he always has been, and always will be my favorite charter of all time.
