House Elves: Happy to Serve Us. Or are They?

House Elves - severing us humans for hundreds of years. They happy to serve us or are they? According to some sources, house elves may be planing a revolt.

They are getting quite sick of us ordering them around and plan to come after us and who knows, after they are fed up with us, what will they do?

Reliable sources say that they may become hostile, other say that they will simply leave their homes without any warning and will never return without so much as a word. Some still say that we didn't know what we were getting into making house elves our servants and that they know magic that we don't know and could come and attack us while we sleep. So until we know sleep with one eye open, or better yet two, if you can spare them all you who have house elves under your employment.
