Book Summaries

SPOILER WARNING: The plots of the books may be given out and may ruin the ending for you. You've been warned!

Book 1: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's(Socerer's) Stone

Harry Potter is an ordinary boy who just happens to live under the cupboard of his uncle's house. He never knew his parents. "They were killed in a car crash", he was always told. Harry had no friends and he was always being bullied by his cousin, Dudley. He sometimes felt so alone. He wished he had friends, a better place to call home. Before his eleventh birthday came around, the strangest thing happened. Harry had received a letter! No one knew he existed and he was sure no one cared about him. It was addressed to him, and when he tried to open it, his mean uncle took it away. Many tries later, Harry got a hold of one. It was an invitation to a wizard school! Harry didn't know what this was about, but he knew a great new adventure would begin, in the walls of Hogwarts!

At Hogwarts, he finds out strange things about his past. He finds out his parents weren't killed in a car crash after all, but had died in the hands of the terrible Lord Voldemort. On top of all that, there's some fishy things going on at Hogwarts...dangerous things....

Book 2: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Harry Potter is getting ready for another glorious year at Hogwarts. He made new friends, he finds out about his past than he's ever been told, and doesn't have a care in the world. Someone obviously doesn't want him to come back, though, because a house elf has showed up at the Durseleys trying to do everything in his power to prevent Harry from returning to Hogwarts.

When Harry ignores the house elf and decides to go back regardless, he slowly is realizing that maybe Dobby was right, someone doesn't want him there, someone wants to kill...

Harry hears chilling voices from the walls within Hogwarts, angry voices. Someone wants to kill and kill soon. Even all inside Hogwarts are turning against Harry and are placing Harry as the main culprit....

Book 3: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

As Harry goes home to the Dursley's once more, he gets an owl containing a permission slip to visit Hogsmeade, the only all-wizard village in England. His guardian must sign it, but alas, his uncle would surely love to see him suffer than to have Harry enjoy himself. Uncle Vernon almost immidiately says no, but Harry threatened him with bothering him and placing a curse on him, so he agreed to sign it under one condition; he had to behave while Aunt Marge came to visit.
Aunt Marge was as terrible as Uncle Vernon, if not worse and somehow he blew up his aunt, after she insulted his parents. Harry fled the house, knowing surely that he'd now have to become a rogue since using his magic illegally to blow up his aunt would not only get him expelled, but probably arrested!

As Harry heads to Diagon Alley to escape, he finds Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic. He was shocked to hear he would not be arrested and would probably not be expelled from Hogwarts, as long as he went to the trail. He meets up with the Weasleys, but something is odd about Mr. and Mrs. Weasley; they seem to be jittery. Harry finds out that a convict, Sirius Black, is after him and everyone ought to keep an eye out for him. After all, he helped Voldemort kill his parents!

Book 4: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

This year's summer has in store the greatest event in Harry's life so far; the World Quidditch Cup. Uncle Vernon lets Harry go with Ron and his family to the World Quidditch cup against Ireland and Bulgaria, but already trouble is brewing the wizarding world early on. Death Eaters, which are followers of Voldemort in the dark times, are slowly returning together and sennding signs that Voldemort may be coming to power.

On top of that, two other wizarding schools are coming together to hold the Triwizard Tournament. One special chosen candidate from their school to represent their school in the competition in three events that will challenge them mentally and physically.

Thing is, these events are unique. The competition has not been held for years because students have died in the events. Harry must compete and it is obvious from the beginning that there is something weird going on....

Book 5: Harry Potter and Order of the Phoenix

Book 5 takes a darker turn, making Harry's life as difficult as ever. Voldemort has returned. He is out. Everyone is either just waiting for something to happen or doesn't believe it. Dumbledore has created a secret order ready to defend the second he returns. However, Fudge doesn't want to believe he's returned and he's gotten mean towards Dumbledore. Fudge brings a new teacher to Hogwarts; one that is utterly evil. She makes Harry go through these torturous detentions while Snape isn't making things easier.

Harry is going through so much. He feels helpless that Voldemort is out there and he has to be stuck inside the walls of Hogwarts.

He knows he is no match for Voldemort, but they can't keep him inside Hogwarts...right?...

Harry Potter is not owned by me at all. The super queen of Potter is no other than the wicked JK Rowling! So don't sue me, this is just a cool fan site.
